It was a party Las Vegas style. Thousands of residents came out Tuesday night to celebrate the grand opening of the newest Station-owned casino, Aliante Station. The $662 million hotel features 202 rooms and a casino with more than 2,000 slot machines, 40 table games, plus a 16-screen movie theater, a concert venue and a slew of restaurants. The new Station Casino resort also hired more than 1400 people, creating new jobs during this time when Nevada's unemployment rate has been going up.
