Police have arrested the couple who left their 9-month-old baby outside of a local casino. Last Friday police responded to the Imperial Palace after they recieved calls that a baby was found inside a stroller outside of the casino. Through video surveillance officers identified the parents, they were later located gambling inside the casino. They had been seperated from their child for over an hour. The parents idenified as David Luna-Cardenas and Maria Larios-Cortes were both booked into the Detention Center on one count of felony child endangerment and one count of felony child neglect. The Child was transferred to Child Protective Services.
