The second phase of the CityCenter complex opened to the public this evening. The Crystals luxury shopping and entertainment district covers 500,000 square feet on the property, with luxury shops like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co. and Roberto Cavalli, along with the "Beso" restaurant owned by actress Eva Longoria Parker. For those who don't want to drop tons of money, there's plenty to see without spending a dime, including a hanging garden and ice sculptures. The CityCenter is set to unveil its second resort, the Mandarin Oriental, in a grand opening celebration on Friday.
