More information is out about the federal raid in the valley that led to multiple arrests. The men are now being labled as "paper terrorists". FBI agents confiscated computers and records that show the groups dislike for the Federal Government. Agents say that the group, the Sovereign People's Movement "taught people to file fictitious obligations to discharge their debt" The group claims that they are just a social group for people who are unhappy with government.
