Transcripts of Judge Elizabeth Halverson's Grand Jury testimony have been released. Mrs. Halverson testified weeks ago in the case against her husband, Edward Halverson. He's accused of beating her with a frying pan during a dispute at their home back on September 4. In her testimony, Elizabeth Halverson said she thought she was going to die as her husband hit her at least four times with the frying pan. She was hospitalized for two weeks with serious head injuries that required more than 100 stitches. Edward Halverson was indicted on charges of attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon.
