A local organization's largest fundraiser of the year began on Saturday. For the 18th year, Magical Forest opened at Opportunity Village's Oakey Boulevard campus. The lights and festivities surrounding the opening are part of the nonprofit organization's efforts to raise one-point-five-million dollars through ticket sales and concessions during the 50 nights the Magical Forest is displayed. Opportunity Village offers employment training and jobs for adults with disabilities.
