Michael Mosley, the son of Clark County District Judge Donald Mosley, is reportedly in trouble with the law again. The younger Mosley was in court Monday on charges of battery and probation violation. Court documents show Mosley was offered a plea deal for allegedly attacking someone over an iPhone. Mosley was initially in trouble for a fatal car accident in which he was allegedly street racing and driving under the influence.
