The Palms Hotel and Casino has won over the National Basketball Association, at least in regards to sportsbetting. The sportsbook has not been allowed to post NBA odds because Palms owner George Maloof also owns NBA franchise Sacramento Kings. But the NBA Board of Governors on Thursday approved lifting the ban, with the caveat the hotel could not post lines for the Kings to avoid a conflict on interest. Lines for all other NBA teams will be allowed.
