The people who are allegedly responsible for a Hepatitis C outbreak could face jail time. A final report submitted by Las Vegas police suggests Dr. Dipak Desai and others face criminal charges for the unsafe injection practices that affected at least 105 patients and possibly caused an outbreak. One of the main charges recommended by police would be criminal neglect of patients which carries a one-to-six-year prison sentence.
