Suspect Sought In Wal-Mart Robbery

North Las Vegas Police are searching for a man who fired a shot during a robbery at a Wal-Mart store. It happened around 1 a.m. Thursday at the Wal-Mart on Lake Mead Boulevard near Rancho. The suspect apparently waited in line, then demanded money from the clerk when it was his turn to be served. Police say the man fired a shot, but no one was hurt. One store employee did faint during the robbery. The suspect made off with an unknown amount of cash and fled in a dark-colored SUV. He's described as an Hispanic man, 5'2", wearing a red baseball cap and white T-shirt. Anyone with information that can help should call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
