Former Boulder City teacher Charles Rogers has pleaded not guilty to 76 counts of sexual assault of a minor, lewdness with a child, use of a child in pornography and possession of child pornography. Police say Rogers hosted sleepovers with some of the boys he's accused of assaulting and videotaping. They say he either drugged them or gave them alcohol. Rogers remains in the Clark County Detention Center on $1.3 million bail. His trial date is scheduled to be set on July 13th.
