Four teen girls are recovering after their vehicle crashed off the second floor of the Stratosphere parking garage. The incident happened just after 1 p.m. Thursday. Police say the PT Cruiser crashed through a cement wall on the second floor of the garage and crashed onto its roof some 25 feet below. The four girls were taken to UMC with injuries including broken bones, cuts, and bruises. Police say the driver is 17 and didn't even have a license. The other three passengers are all under 18.
