Two suspects were arrested over the weekend in the kidnapping and murder of a local teen. Twenty-one-year-old Anne Osburn and 31-year-old Gabriel Yates were taken into custody at an apartment complex on Koval Lane, where the victim had been living. The 17-year-old girl's body was found last month in a desert area near US 95 and Kyle Canyon Road. Osburn and Yates remain held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center.
