Police Seek Car Shooting Suspect



Metro Police have received very little information from the public regarding the murder of a man near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Owens Avenue December 16th. Officers found an African American man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the front seat of his car. The victim was transported to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. According to witnesses, while waiting in traffic, a man got out of his vehicle and fired several shots into the victims car. The suspect then calmly walked back to his car and fled the scene east bound on Owens. The suspect is described as African American or Hispanic, his vehicle was a white four door 2000 Chevrolet Malibu with a black bra that has Las Vegas commemorative, Nevada plates reading LV22G6. He is considered armed and dangerous.
