Metro Police have arrested a 23-year-old Las Vegas woman in connection with the June 30th drowning of her five-year-old daughter. The child drowned in a bathtub at an apartment in the 53-hundred block of East Craig Road. Raven Gibbons was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of murder in the second degree and child neglect with substantial bodily harm. The coroner's office identified the girl as D'Amber Myles, who suffered from cerebral palsy.
