City Sets Deadline for Lady Luck

Three years after it was shuttered, the Lady Luck casino in downtown Las Vegas still hasn't re-opened or even been renovated. That's prompted complaints from city officials, who say the property hasn't been maintained and is becoming an eyesore. The casino is owned by California-based CIM Group, who says they're trying to get throuth the current economic slowdown before making any improvements to the building. The city has given the ownership group until December to start on their $100 million renovation, or lose out on the city's offer to take the land off their hands for a proposed mob museum.
