A North Las Vegas Police officer is facing felony charges over fraudulent use of a credit card. Police say 39-year-old officer Benjamin Miles Cordova was arrested this morning, following a one-week investigation. Cordova is accused of using credit cards belonging to the City of North Las Vegas for personal purchases on multiple occasions. He is charged with three counts each of fraudulent use of a credit card and obtaining property by unlawful use of a credit card. Cordova has been placed on paid leave pending the outcome of the case. He's been with the North Las Vegas Police department for six-and-a-half years.
