The proposed new destination of a halfway house has a whole neighborhood worried. Officials are suggesting putting the 61-hundred-square-foot transitional facility on Maule Avenue and Spencer. Homeowners in the area say they worry about the types of offenders that could be placed and the halfway house and many say they are concerned about their children. The halfway house is set to be discussed by a commissioner meeting on November 17th.
