An arrest has been made for a Las Vegas murder that happened more than a year ago. Back on September 10, 2008, the body of 22-year-old Helena Haley from North Carolina was found in a parking lot trash can at Carson Avenue and 8th street. Following an investigation, an arrest warrant for murder was issued for 29-year-old Khalfani Howard of San Bernardino, California. On Wednesday, Howard was taken into custody in San Bernardino. He's currently being held there without bail awaiting extradition back to Clark County.
