Spay And Neuter Ordinance Passed

On Wednesday the Las Vegas City Council passed an ordinance that they hope will reduce rampant pet overpopulation. Officials voted five-to-two to pass the new law that will require all dogs and cats to be spayed or neutered by the age of four months. Opponents of the ordinance believe it is inhumane to neuter at animal before six-months of age.
